The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) stopped accepting new applications and enrollments on February 7, 2024. Consumers had to be approved and enrolled with a service provider by 11:50 p.m. ET on February 7, 2024 to receive the ACP benefit.
The ACP is designed to help certain individuals and households save $30 per month on their internet bills. If you participate in any of the following, you automatically qualify for the ACP:
- SNAP
- Medicaid
- Federal Public Housing Assistance
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- WIC
- Veterans Pension or Survivor Benefits
- Or Lifeline
To apply for the benefit:
- Visit the Affordable Connectivity Program website, to verify eligibility and apply for ACP.
- Once approved, complete the Trailwave ACP Enrollment Form (PDF) and return the form via email or in person at the addresses on the form.
